大学を卒業し福岡の博多で働くことになりました。
はい、営業です。
私はあまり人見知りしないですし、営業むいてるんじゃね？くらいでいたんですがそんな簡単に仕事がいくわけがないです。
まず入社して研修を一か月ほど受けて、あとはひたすら飛び込み営業でした。
大学を卒業したばかりのひよっこにとってはほんとにきつかったです。アポ無しで会社に乗り込んで仕事ください！っていってるわけですから。
いまではあんまり飛び込みする企業もへったきたなんて話を聞きます。
ただ私はこの経験を出きて凄く良かったと思っています。
上司から色々な言葉を言われました。
「飛び込みなんてとってもらえないの当たり前、それで受注できたらすごいじゃんて思え」
「別にお客さんに怒られても死ぬわけじゃないじゃん」
「怒られるのも仕事、汗かけ」
様々な言葉を言われつつ、飛び込みが続いて3ヶ月、ついに初の受注をすることができました。
金額勝負になってしまい、粗利もほとんどない案件でしたが
上司「この案件とりたい？」
私「取りたいっす！！」
上司「うん、じゃあ金額はなんとかするから、ぜったい取ってこい！」
私「はい！！」
あの時上司に「おめでとう」っていってもらったのは今でも忘れません。
ただ今後は金額勝負にならないように！といわれ意識しつつ仕事をしました。
ほんとに1年目は怒られながら泣いたり、かわいがってもらったり楽しくすごしました。
そんな中沖縄への転勤がきまりました。
